Terms of Service

Short version:Use ApplyFly honestly, provide accurate info in applications, don't abuse the platform, and you can cancel anytime. We try our best but can't guarantee job offers.
1. Agreement
- •By creating an account or using ApplyFly AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
- •If you are using ApplyFly on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
- •ApplyFly provides automated job application tools including ATS scanning, resume tailoring, cover letter generation, and auto-apply functionality.
- •The Service acts as your agent and submits applications on your behalf using information you provide.
- •You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your profile, resume, and any information used in applications.
3. Acceptable Use
- •You must be at least 18 years old to use ApplyFly.
- •You may not use ApplyFly to submit false or misleading information in job applications.
- •You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- •You may not share your account or use ApplyFly on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
- •We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- •Paid plans are billed monthly or per 3-month period as selected at checkout.
- •All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
- •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from your dashboard before the renewal date.
- •We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests after 7 days are evaluated case-by-case.
- •Free features (ATS scanning, profile) remain available after a paid subscription ends.
5. Intellectual Property
- •ApplyFly AI and its software, design, and branding are owned by us. You are granted a limited licence to use the Service.
- •You retain full ownership of your resume, profile data, and any content you upload.
- •By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Disclaimers
- •ApplyFly does not guarantee job interviews or offers. Results vary by profile, market, and role.
- •The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or ATS compatibility with every employer system.
- •Application submission success depends on third-party job board availability and may occasionally fail due to changes in those platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- •To the extent permitted by law, ApplyFly's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
- •We are not liable for missed job opportunities, employer decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Termination
- •You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes all your data.
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes
- •We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes.
- •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
